Refund and dispute policy

You can request a full refund within the guarantee period of the product you bought, counted from the purchase date:
- El Plan de 21 Días: 30 days from the purchase date.
To request it, email soporte@openshelfdigital.com with your order number. No explanation is required. Refunds go back to the original payment method; banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days. Optional add-ons bought in the same order are refunded with the main product on request. After the guarantee period, purchases are final because the content has already been delivered.
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first: we answer within 1 business day and resolve most cases with a refund, so there is no need to open a dispute with your bank.
Delivery policy

All products are digital and delivered electronically to the email entered at checkout, normally within minutes of a successful payment. Nothing is shipped by mail and there are no shipping costs. If your email has not arrived within 24 hours, write to soporte@openshelfdigital.com and we will resend your access.
Cancellation policy

We do not sell subscriptions or memberships, so there is nothing to cancel after purchase and you will never be charged again automatically. If you paid by mistake, email us and we will refund the order under the refund policy above.

- Products are sold by Open Shelf Digital LLC as a one-time purchase for personal, non-commercial use.
- Content may not be resold, shared publicly or redistributed.
- The price, currency and guarantee period are shown before payment. Current prices:
- El Plan de 21 Días: S/ 58.64 PEN, regular price S/ 86.23 PEN.
- Completing a purchase means accepting these terms and the policies on this page.
Promotions

A "launch price" shows the current price next to the regular price; it applies to orders paid while it is displayed. Optional add-ons offered at checkout show their own price and are only charged if you select them. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated and do not change the refund policy.
Legal and export restrictions

Our products are digital, published in multiple languages and available worldwide, except in countries and regions subject to comprehensive sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea region), where we do not sell. Customers are responsible for any import rules or taxes that apply to digital purchases in their country.
Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order: name, email, phone number and country. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
We use your information to deliver your purchase, provide support and comply with tax and legal obligations. We may use advertising cookies and pixels to measure our ads. We do not sell personal data. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at soporte@openshelfdigital.com.
Data deletion

To delete your personal data, email soporte@openshelfdigital.com from the address you used to purchase. We delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
